Chicken Butchery Masterclass

Richard and Ed hosted a butchery masterclass on Saturday 26th October to demonstrate how to break down a whole chicken. This included spatchcocking. Each participant was guided through each step of the process and took away a grain fed chicken to enjoy at home. The course lasted for just over an hour and cost £35. Feedback was very positive with the group wanting to know when we would be doing another masterclass. We will be offering a sausage making course after Christmas. The last one we did was for a hen night and was great fun!
