At Elliott’s, we take pride in using traditional butchery techniques to carefully prepare each of our products. You can place an order with us at any time, and for some items, we offer delivery. However, for Easter, Christmas, New Year and Burns Night, we strongly advise placing your order early to ensure we can meet your needs. If you’re ordering last minute, give us a call, and we’ll do our utmost to assist.

Our expertly hand-prepared range includes whole turkeys, turkey breast, stuffed and bacon-wrapped turkey, bacon-wrapped turkey breast, stuffed turkey breast, cockerels, ox tongue, salt beef, and fore-rib whether on the bone or boned and rolled. We also offer rib-eye, topside, silverside, brisket, fillet, and sirloin, all traditionally butchered to ensure the finest cuts.

In addition to our selection of poultry - chickens, geese, ducks, partridges, and pheasants - we also provide lamb, pork, venison, liver, heart, bacon, and sausages. We specialise in cured and glazed hams, hand-crimped pork pies in various sizes (1lb, 2lb, and 5lb), as well as chicken & ham and ploughman’s pies. Our traditional offerings also include local pâté, Scotch eggs, black pudding, and a range of festive hampers.
